No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey,
you are welcome here!

Welcome to the Saint Peter’s church family. We hope you will join us in this Christian community, which is modeled after Jesus’ commandment: "Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength; and love your neighbor as yourself.”

You are loved. You are enough. You are not alone. If you need prayer, submit a prayer request here, and we'll hold you and your loved ones in our hearts.

You're welcome to be yourself among us. We value diversity of thought and experience.

Among the gifts we bring to God are community outreach programs. Read about them on our news page. You can support these programs by donating online to our church or contacting the church office to learn how to volunteer.

What's going on ...

  • Our challenge to support the Wilson Area Food Pantry: Bring one of these food pairings each Sunday in Lent: peanut butter & jelly, cereal & canned fruit, pasta & sauce, canned meat & mac and cheese

  • Breakfast with a Purpose, 2/25 at 11:00 AM. What's on the menu: burritos and a free-will offering to help neighbors struggling with medical issues

  • Chili cook-off, 3/3 at 5:00 PM

Check out our "What's Going On" page for more events. Our events are open to members of our community. Contact the church office for information.

Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return. On Ash Wednesday, as we enter our 40-day Lenten journey, we are reminded of our mortality. Lord, we need your mercy and grace. You are the only one who can make us pure. Let us repent time spent on frivolous things and acknowledge our weaknesses. We turn our attention to you, know you are here with us, and rejoice in your presence of healing and hope.

Know before you go. At Saint Peter's, we care about our community. We continue to follow best practices for ventilation and filtration in our sanctuary and encourage you to keep up to date with your Covid shots. Please check Berks County's Covid status before visiting us and follow these guidelines.

If you were exposed to Covid in the last 10 days, please wear a high-quality mask in our building. If you have suspected or confirmed Covid, please worship online.

Green: If you're at high risk for getting very sick, check with your health care provider to see if you should take any steps to protect yourself.

Yellow: If you’re at high risk for getting very sick or live with someone who is, wear a high-quality mask or consider worshiping online.

Orange: We ask that everyone wear a mask in our building. If you have suspected or confirmed Covid, please worship online. If you’re at high risk for getting very sick, consider worshiping online until our community’s Covid level is lower.
