Facilities Rental

Saint Peter’s has a calling to love and serve to our community, and one of the ways we do that is by providing affordable, versatile, and enjoyable rental spaces for social and family gatherings. Whether you are hosting a luncheon, birthday or graduation party, fundraiser, shower, or any other gathering, we hope you’ll find our air-conditioned community center, kitchen, outdoor pavilion, and lawns a welcome option.

How much does it cost?

Members: Gatherings under 70 people, $125; for 70+ people, $175

Non-members: Gatherings under 70 people, $175; for 70+ people, $250

Is there parking?

Yes, on Dwight Street and Curtis Road, two quiet, residential streets.

Are the facilities accessible?

A curb cut on Curtis Road leads to a sidewalk and ramp to our sanctuary level. A curb cut on Dwight Street leads to one walkway to the community center doors and another to the pavilion and peace garden. There are accessible, all-gender restrooms on each levels of our building.

Can we reheat or cook food in the kitchen?

Yes, but you must request permission when you fill out the rental form.

Can we serve alcohol?

No. Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited on church property. All our indoor spaces are smoke-free.

Does the pavilion have lights and electrical outlets?

Yes. And if you rent the pavilion, you have access to indoor restrooms.

Can we bring pets?

No. With the exception of service animals, our facilities are animal free.

Can we put up tents?

Yes, but we do not provide them.
